We want you to be completely happy with every purchase, and we aim to provide the best possible service. Below are our terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges — designed to protect both you and our business, and fully compliant with UK consumer rights laws.

  ✅ 1. Your Right To Cancel & Return Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation during this period. To exercise this right, simply contact us (details below) within the 14‑day window to let us know you wish to return items. You will then have another 14 days from telling us to send the goods back to us.

Items We CANNOT Accept For Return For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items unless they are faulty or incorrect: – Sealed products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (e.g. supplements, consumables, liquids, or goods where sealing is necessary for health/safety reasons) – Custom‑made or personalised items – Goods that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original, unopened packaging – Digital products or downloadable content This is standard practice and fully compliant with UK law — these goods are excluded from the usual return rights.

Condition Of Returns All items you return must be: – Unused, unopened, and in their original condition – Complete with all original packaging, labels, and accessories – Undamaged and suitable for resale We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in saleable condition.

  📦 4. How To Return An Item 1. Contact us first: Email us at  info@fuel-x-club.co.uk or use the Contact Us page on our website. Include: – Your order number – Name and address – Which item(s) you are returning and the reason 2. We will reply within 2 working days with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorisation number. 3. Pack the item securely — preferably in the original packaging. 4. Send it back to:  Please confirm which depot  We recommend using a tracked or signed‑for delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  

đź’¸ 5. Who Pays For Return Postage? – If you are returning because you changed your mind: You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods. Original delivery charges are non‑refundable. – If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described: We will cover the cost of return postage and will refund you in full, including original delivery charges.  

âś… 6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it. We will then process your refund within 5 working days. – Refunds are made to the original payment method you used at checkout. – Please note: It may take your bank or card provider up to 5–10 working days to show the refund in your account — this is outside our control. We will NOT refund until we have received and checked the returned goods.  

⚠️ 7. Faulty Or Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered: 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery — please include photos of the damage/fault so we can help quickly. 2. We will offer you a full refund, free replacement, or repair — whichever you prefer and is most appropriate. 3. We will pay all return and re‑delivery costs. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.
